Here at DCIT we’re always working to improve the BusinessMind platform by releasing new features, squashing bugs, and delivering fresh documentation. Here’s what we’ve been working on in the latest update.
Web/Mobile POS & Desktop Client
We’ve completed a long awaited modernization project for our print rendering services. This was a project spanning several months to bring the latest in PDF rendering technologies to BusinessMind. The updates also include the modernization of BusinessMind’s interface to supported Star receipt printers.
Our TracTech and Shopify integrations have also been updated to remain in sync with the API’s presented by those integration partners.
Desktop Client
We’ve upgraded our desktop client installers to ensure support for the latest Mac and Windows operating systems.
Bugs Squashed
Fixed an issue with images on scanned items in the Web/Mobile POS.
Fixed an issue with the job-ready icon action in the Web/Mobile POS.
Fixed an issue with dollar discounts on layaways in the Web/Mobile POS.
Fixed an issue with star receipt printing from the Web/Mobile POS.
Fixed an issue with taking split payments with the Web/Mobile POS.
Fixed an issue with memo amount display in the desktop app.
Fixed issues with certain functions in workshop receiving functionality in the desktop app.
